it must have been some year in that school, I wonder who the teacher was that inspired 5 kids from the same year to become household names, not flash in the pan names either.

There must have been some days in the late 60's and early 70's when all 5 of them were individually on the telly on the same day.

Half a century on, and those names are all still household names, all be it to a generation born before the 1990's
