Quill to Ahead converter sizing problem

I have an aluminium Dawes frame with threaded forks having a 1 inch internal diameter. I just bought a converter to use Ahead stems which said it was to convert 1 inch to 1 1/8 inch. The stem of this convereer is only 22.2 mm not 25.4 which I was, possibly foolishly expecting. They must have meant a 1 inch external diameter - annoying but acceptable mistake. My question is: does anyone know where I can get a converter with a shaft of 1 inch (slightly less obviously) to a 1 1/8 inch top fo a Ahead stem?
I would be really grateful for suggestions as I can't find any

Thanks Smokey. Of course after looking at the one you indicated, I found a couple of others. Just like buses. I couldn't find a single one at first, and thought that maybe they didn't exist for my size tube. Thanks again
