Question for members living in France

On my recent trip to France I came across a documentary on TV whilst getting ready to go out. It was called (I think) the French love affair with the tour
It was well over an hour long and showed film of a bike factory as well as very early footage of alpine climbs. My very poor French only got me so far.
If anyone recognises this film can you point me in the right direction to view it

Can you remember any part of the title in French or what channel it was on - that will help a lot....

I think it was on day 1 or 2 of the Tour I was getting changed in the hotel and flicking through the channels and saw about 10 minutes that's all.
