Question about Topeak TetraFender R1 and 2 Road Fender Set dimensions

Does anyone have any knowledge of these mudgaurds?

I am looking at a set, the specs say they fit upto 32mm tyres which I am running, but I can't tell how wide they actually are
The dimensions are given as:

• Front 41 x 21 x 11 cm / 16.1" x 8.3" x 4.3"
• Rear 63 x 27.5 x 11 cm / 24.8" x 10.8" x 4.3"

I am after a set that fits as close as possible, but 4.3" (11cm) seems like they might look too wide. I am guessing this is the total width (stay attachments etc) but I could do with knowing how wide the actual fender pieces are if anyone knows??
