Quality wheelbuilder in Hants

A friend of mine has some Mavic Cosmic 50mm carbon rims. One spoke went loose and there is a minor buckle in the wheel as a result.

he took it to a local bike shop and they trued it for him but within 50 miles the buckle has come back.

I’ve read many threads on here about not just dealing with the spokes around the immediate area and perhaps a rebuild is better, but crucially to use a “good wheelbuilder that knows what they are doing”.

They are expensive wheels otherwise I would give it ago myself. Can anyone recommend a good wheelbuilder in the Hampshire/Berkshire/Surrey area?

Sorry to hijack this thread but I too need a good wheel builder and live in Hampshire, alas Purple Bike Shed doesn't appear to serve the Winchester area. I have been breaking spokes on my Shimano 8 speed hub geared bike for some years! I suspect that a complete rebuild is needed.
