quality customer service (for once)

I recently ordered a Merida Road Racing Bike and sorted my self out a deal with my LBS worth 600 quid for 500 quid, which included a jacket and some shorts. To be honest I thought this was a steal!! I'm a lanky bugger at 6'5" and the LBS couldn't get a Merida XL frame. When I was told I was expecting more expense, but my LBS have sorted me a 2009 GT GTR4 series apparently worth a 100 quid more than the Merida for the same price including the clothes!!

It is refreshing to buy something and the shop actually provides quality customer service. I recently had dealing with Dixons and their customer service was shocking!! The point of this post is to recommend through personal experience your LBS (as many of you probably already know)!! I recently posted about shoes/cleats/pedals and this advice was given to me there, but having experienced it first hand I felt I had to blow the trumpet for the LBS!!
