Puncture on turbo trainer

Thought I had seen everything until this morning. Went on the turbo trainer last night and when I looked at the bike this morning I had rear puncture lol how does that work???

I duly fixed it and found a small hole right on the joint of the tube.

I had that once could just be a faulty tube...i'm assuming your not using to narrow a tube for your wheel?

Burndust just using a normal tube for a 23 tyre, must be a faulty tube cause it stunned me ha ha

They're making house calls. The puncture faeries don't just provide on-road service .

is the tyre worn?
running low pressures could cause a snake bite somehow?

No Ed brand new that came on the bike, never even been on the tarmac and defo was not a pinch flat. It still makes me chuckle thinking about it. The only good thing was it was lovely and warm repairing it in my kitchen in my gym stuff rather than at the side of a road in the rain.
