Perhaps some other Spanish sportsmen & women might be concerned, not just cyclists

El País has it here, saying that a judge in the Provincial Court of Madrid has ruled that a crime against public health may have taken place, with all of the usual names (doctors and directeurs sportifs) included.

I hope this actually goes somewhere, and if not that they close it for good. I just wish they would make up their bloody minds.

The gossip in me also wants to know the names of the non-cyclists on the list.

I agree with you SM, this has gone on for too long and not really helping anyone. What ever they decide to do it should be quick and the result considered final!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it's time they put up or shut up. If there's a punishable offence or evidence of wrongdoing then the sooner the better. Personally the gossip/voyeur side of me would have preferred it earlier in the winter to sustain me through the dark months. Now it may drag on until the spring classics and beyond.

let's hope there are some high profile non cyclists on the list to take some of the heat.
