I have a Puch Mistral, 14 speed, late 80s (made in Italy). I know nothing about tech details, so the following are just random words and figures to me: Rivus 610; Exage 300 EX; Shimano BIOPACE 40; MCCF Bristol BS 6102-1; Ambrosio Clincher Elite; Oria TCO.8 Hi-Tension 3 Tubi. Any idea of value (works perfectly; some rust on paintwork)?

probably bugger all thb. puch weren't the best of bikes. the biopace rings are probably the most interesting thing about it tbh, but i don't think they're that valuable.
if the bike rides nicely, keep it as it is and upgrade to more modern bits when components need replacing.
if you are determined to sell, i'd stick it on ebay with the descriptor "fixed wheel project bike", as old steel frames are often built into fixed wheel conversions.
