hey all, just a quick updTe on my progress.

I am still riding indoors, managing 2/3 miles every other day. I have also had a long lay off due to a massive Dental infection(I'm now 3 teeth lighter).
Been out tonight for a bit of a family do and almost everyone commented on how healthy I was looking and my weight loss

It don't get much better than that does it?
