Profile Bullhorn Handlbars

I have bought a set of Profile bars to hopefully make the bike safer and faster for me to ride. Unbelievably I fell off during a Bicester Millinium CC 10 mile time trial but my excuse is that the saddle slipped.
Does anybody know what brake levers I need to fit as the Ultegra ones I have look like they will not? I was also going to fit a Gripshift to work the rear mech if this will go on?

I ended up with this set up,

Ignore the 'Bar Extender' that's just for my lights.

The brake levers are 'interupter' levers fitted back to front (with the nipples in the adjusters) and the gear levers are 10 speed Campagnolo Record bar ends, the handlebars are rotated to that angle for comfort but were turned 'flat' when trying to get more 'aero'.
Originally I had the 'tri-bar' extensions fitted with the gear shifters in those but I couldn't get on with those so sold them and changed to this set up to keep the cabling out of the way.

How easy is it to change gear? It's a bit tricky on mine at moment because the bar end shifter, for rear mech, is at the end of the drops the front mech is still on the brake lever. Also I am a bit scared of falling off due to my injury causing my right arm to not always supporting me, my right hand doesn't work properly yet after my motorbike crash.

I find them easier than combined units plus it's easier to tell which gear you're in by lever position (which avoids inadvertent 'cross-chaining')

I've never come across combined levers that fit in the end of handlebars, the classic TT set up is gears in the end of the aero extensions and brakes in the end of the bullhorns, like I posted I tried that set-up but really didn't like riding on the extension/Tri bars so I sold them.

I suppose I could use my bar-end shifter for the rear mech and a grip shift on the bars for the front mech?

Trouble is my training bike has got Campag Xenon 9-speed mechs on it, how can I shift those?
