Professional Bike Fit Essex or London City area

Can anyone recommend one for a fit on an existing bike.

I have googled and there are a few around (especially in London) and no surprise that their advertising states that each one is the absolute best in their field.

Anyone had one done and prepared to recommend?

I've just had one done today at Action Bikes at Embankment as I was getting knee pain, and although my bike is the right size it didn't feel quite right. It took about 2 1/2 hours and (Dave) was very thorough. I've come away with a totally different bike and cleat set-up, and it feels so much better. I was told I should try and get out for a longish ride in the next couple of weeks and then go back to discuss whether there are any further 'tweaks' to be done.

Hi Ian, I actually booked when they had a special offer on, so it cost me £75 - a bike fit/cleat alignment is usually £120. I did end up splashing out for a new stem as the one on the bike was too long for me.
