Problems Accessing the CC Forum Using my Old iPhone on my Home Wi-Fi Network

After many years without any issues, this past couple of weeks I've been experiencing issues accessing the CC forum using my old iPhone 6s on my home Wi-Fi network. On navigating to the CC forum I have no issue accessing the first couple of pages or so, but then after this the CC forum always becomes very slow and starts to lock up.

My old iPhone is running an old unsupported operating system (iOS 15.8.3) however I don't experience issues accessing any other website using my old iPhone on my home Wi-Fi network or indeed accessing the CC forum using my old iPhone on any other Wi-Fi network (or the mobile data network). Furthermore I can access the CC forum without any issues using a variety of other devices on my home Wi-Fi network.

I did a factory reset on my home Wi-Fi router and disconnected all other devices from my home network (to eliminate possible IP address conflicts) but I still experienced issues accessing the CC forum using my old iPhone on my home Wi-Fi network.

I guess suspicion is pointing towards some incompatibility in the old unsupported iOS operating system, but it seems rather odd that I don't experience issues accessing any other website using my old iPhone on my home Wi-Fi network or accessing the CC forum using my old iPhone on any other Wi-Fi network (or the mobile data network).

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or if they have seen anything similar themselves - thanks.

Had a security warning on another handset, which blocked the site entirely. Before that it was as you describe.

Only used either handset on WiFi.
