I used the wrong card (my mother's) on a PbK order (tyre and lube) and the dispatch address needed amendments too.
I therefore cancelled it straight away (last night and placed the identical order 33816356. I informed customer services straight away and they informed me at 10:46am, 'I can confirm this order has been accepted pay pal has released the money and the parcel has been dispatched. '. Which is a lie, the order was not dispatch until 13:27.
I gave them a chance to reply before posting this negative review but they claim they are unable to help as they've dispatched the goods (even though they might be lost in postage), so as well as losing my custom they are getting this negative review from me; its a cr@p web site which unlike other sites does not let you actually cancel an order immediately and before its processed.
