need more info. it's a bit ambiguous, from googling! the manchester one was straight forward, even tho i didn't go, one date one ride. what's the date of the main ride? who's going?

The main 'skyride' in London and in Manchester (and one or two other cities IIRC) was the one where there were loads and loads of people and they closed the roads.
They then also did a whole bunch of smaller rides which they're calling 'Skyride Local' which is what you've found for Preston, I think.

yep that's the link. how are you? fitted the saddle yet? what did you think of the cm? i rode home and a bit further to complete 100km, well chuffed. it rained really heavily!!!

The saddle got tried on Sunday, the comment was that it was bl**dy hard!
I suspect it's not going to work out, but he should try it for a week or so before throwing in the towel....
Otherwise good thanks. CM was good, we made it home with light drizzle for a mile or so.
