Itching to get back on my bike's

These came with one of the bikes I bought recently and are to small for me. Size is 44 according to the label, but I normally take size 9 or 44 but these are way to tight.
Mainly black with some blue and white flashes.
They are very used and I am unsure what pedals the plastic clear is for.
