Power Balance bands

Hi people,
Has anyone on here ever used Power Balance wristbands, or Ion loop bands.
They seem to be quite popular at the moment. If you have used them at all, do they work, do you feel a difference.
Just interested to hear opinions.

Someone gave me one as a present the Christmas before last. Wasn't convinved but wore it when I was training nevertheless. Wearing it did coincide with an injury-free running spell and a p.b. 10k but my brain can't accept that it made any contribution.

I have 15 of them. The first 14 didn't work and I am hoping the 15th is the one that will.
Do you think I am I doing the right thing by persevering ? They are only £10 each.
