Powder coating frame and forks

Can anybody recommend a powder coating company in the Southampton - Portsmouth- Gosport area? Also, the components are bare steel, should I get them zinc sprayed before powder coating in order to stop rust spreading if the powder coat is damaged?

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Why bother with the powder coat, just get it galvanised!

..but seriously, before bike frames are re-enamelled the rust is neutralised. I believe that phosphoric acid is used i.e a product such as Naval Jelly.

I am having a 22 year 531st frame done at the moment - it has only small areas of superficial rust either internally or externally.
