I've ordered new forks which have Post mounts for disc calipers.

The calipers I have use IS fitting. I also believe the one of the front took 160mm rotors but, the front rotor was missing when I got the frame etc so cannot double check (It was from a partial house clearance, I got some other frames too).

Now, I know I can get Post to IS adapters but here's the thing. I wanna put a 180mm rotor up front, to do this, do I need a post-IS adapter AND a +20mm adapter, or JUST a post-IS adapter for 180mm rotors?

Help appreciated as always

No, you won't need an extender. The IS to PM adapter will automatically add 20mm.

Superb, cheers Cubist, means now all I have to do is wait for all my bits to arrive and if I need this post to is I can just nip to town and get it, no more ebay and webites.

Except maybe for white grips.
