Post ride shake

Does anybody have any good recipes for mixing a post ride shake ? At the moment I mix milk banana and honey.

"Topping up with carbohydrate directly after exercise is essential and ideally you should also aim to down some protein as this helps repair damaged muscle. As milk contains both it’s a good option post ride"
My understanding is that a post ride drink such as milk helps to start muscle repair.

I doubt any of us are riding hard enough to consider a protein shake 'essential'. However, if you just like the taste, then I sometimes have a banana flavour Nesquik post-ride, but I'm under no illusion that it's turning me into a pro rider ;)
