Second ride in,just need some advice on position of my arse on the seat.

I feel like I am sitting more on the front of the seat, so it feels like there is more weight on my "under carriage" rather than my bum cheeks. Is this correct?

Your sit bones should be on the wide bit of the saddle I believe. Is it too far back?

I feel that sit bones are on the back part of the seat but bulk of my weight is not on them. Is that correct?

if your saddle is level then there might be an issue with your reach to the bars (ie too long) which may be encouraging you to sit further forward on the seat. Putting one's arse on the saddle correctly is not usually a concern, so there may be something else going on to affect it...

Could it also be that the bars are too low, do you think? Flipping the stem shouldn't take 10 minutes and might be worth a try.

Unless you are riding a time trial, you should not be sat right on the nose of the saddle, so assuming you are not riding a time trial, no, it is not correct.

You should automatically seat yourself right on the saddle, if you can't then the fit needs looking at.

Cheers for the advice, will give the lbs a call where I bought it to see if they can help solve it.

I had a similar problem and tried a shorter stem, seemed to work for me and now feel much more comfortable. Are you getting any aches and pains after a ride? This can also be a sign of not having the correct position.

i was messing with my seat to get it right for a couple of months
got it right then bought a gel seat and had to tweak it a little more
also i raised the height of my seat quite a bit and had to tweek seat again
so i suppose its just about adjusting then cycle until you get it right for you
