Police fine for not staying in cycling lane

Not sure if this has been posted, i think its just surfaced and is US, but anyhow...

The guy got a ticket for NOT staying in a cycle lane, he says this is because there are often obstructions. So he shows what happens if you stick to the cycle lanes LOL

Haha.

It's just logical to manoeuvre round the crud in the lanes yet the cops do little service by fining the cyclists.. they need to remove the blockages in the bike lanes before enforcing that joke of a rule.
