[The Mighty Boosh]

Deciding to go for a short ride tonight seeing as it is not raining, I go on a new route and one I cant say I liked very much, and so I turn around and in a moment that seemed to last forever I felt my self falling, I could not get my foot out of the SDP pedal, and so over I go smashing my knee and elbow into the tarmac, one grazed knee and elbow later and a very important lesson learned for me, Always un-clip when turning around or stopping, no more balancing at junctions for me. The Bike is Ok as I broke its fall

I dont mind as long as nobody is watching,last time did it in slow motion at a bus stop(that had people watching!!) If anybody had said anything or laughed i might have lost it.
