I purchased a new bike 3 months ago , I work on site .
Some moron threw a brick which has scratched the frame what is th best way to fix? its a white hardrock sport

Depends on where about on the frame and how bad it is.
Is it somewhere that you could place a sticker that wouldn't look out of place? Or try a car touch up paint sample, sometimes that can make it more obvious and best to just leave it.

Car touch up paint if the paint's been chipped. Could try ond polish it out with a car polish/t-cut

Or you could get the moron who threw the brick to buy the bike from you at the cost of a new one. And then d-lock the muhfugger.
