Hi All,

I am sure some of you will know that I am new to bike road rideing, well on a good bike and I am waiting for my new specialized allez to be deliverd in a few weeks time.

Anyway I have always loved riding but only ever on a MTB but have always loved the TDF and all the other road racing and any other kind that i can get to watch read about.

Anywhere can any of you recomend some good books to read that will teach me more about road racing like you get in the tours. The tactics ( I have some understanding of this and the teams and a lead rider ect) and how guys teams approch tours.

Also I dont want to harp on about the drugs but is there anything that I can read about this or stories jst so that I can get up to date, I have read Lance armstrong books but I also want to read about other riders on the Tour like I have been in the last few issuess of Pro Cycling.

Im more interested to read about good British riders and the likes of Cav.

Thanks
