Just wondering if someone could please give me some advise on how to re-assemble the handlebar bearings of a Claud Butler off-roader. The following image shows the bearings with the top cup that lowers down to keep them in place:
The problem is that when I sit the top cup on the bearings I'm still left with a load of play in the handlebars. Any advise on the correct technique for getting rid of the handlebar play would be much appreciated - thanks.
