nothing else planned, though the wife will probably drag me off to do something boring at some stage.

Working tonight and I'm supposed to be recording and rehearsing with the band, as well as fixing the other guitarist's bike while I'm there. At some point, I've also got to get a night's sleep tomorrow morning and try and work out why Ms RT's car won't go even though I've replaced most of the ignition system and there's a spark and fuel. Oh, I know ... it's because the bloody thing's a pile of scrap.
So, a busy weekend. It'll be nice to get back to work for a break!

First 100km Audax of the year at Thorne on Sunday. Rode my last Audax six weeks ago and can't wait for Sunday.

Big pile of marking to be done tonight. Then off to Hammersmith for a party tomorrow. Will stay in a nearby hotel and then go for a walk along the Thames Sunday morning. Quick pub lunch with friends and then back home to finish the marking.

Sadly no cycling. I think that's on hold until Wednesday due to busyness.

In recouperation from chesty cold. Mrs B has talked me into going for a walk down the village in a few mins, but have to say I'd rather stay in the warm really.

Taking the VW for a spin tomorrow, as its not been out for a month, shall be dressing up warm since VW heaters don't really do a lot.... Also having hair chopped, doing dissertation, and going over to me brother's to drill a couple of holes in a wall. Nowt exciting really.

If the weather is okay, I might venture out for my first outdoor ride since November 30th.

It's the National Cyclo-cross championships this weekend at Peel Park, Bradford (National Cyclo-cross championship details) so I might get the train over there on Sunday and check it out.

I missed the fact that there was a big 'cross event in Todmorden last weekend - hmmph !

Cycling to work on both saturday and sunday, it's a 30 mile round trip so thats my cycling for the weekend.

Bit of essays and library, and a bit of turbo tomorrow; 3 hour ride on Sunday.

well the local footy has just been called off sue to frozen pitch, so it sounds like more "quality time" with the family

Have to see how frozen it all is tomorrow, but maybe take JH jnr out for a ride.
