That was a very quick week

Well I was planning on doing the Wessex 100 (Salisbury - Bath - Salisbury) on Sunday, but the prospect of cycling 100 miles in the pouring rain doesn't actually do much for me so I'll probably finish off decorating the breakfast room instead.

I'm going to go out to leek to ride the route of the long legbreaker as I only did the short route on the day.

Longers are you still off to Southport ? - you'll have to see if the aircraft will fly in the low cloud - here is hoping for better weather 'eh !

Not been on the bike all week after pulling a muscle in my back on the twister at the fair last weekend its subsiding now so am really hoping to be out Sunday for the Club Run although the weather looks shocking.

We were going to do the Morecambe Bay crossing on Sunday but have just been told that the Queen's Guide Cedric Robinson has cancelled all walks. Must be because of the river.

got a wedding to attend on saturday <grumble>, with sunday left for fettling commuter bike into winter setup ('guards, light brackets etc) with maybe a 20 mile "road test" if i'm lucky…

Finish fitting the Speedplay pedals to my pretty bike tonight. Cycleability training with son no.1 on Saturday. Leukemia charity ride on Sunday. A cycling related weekend for a change, albeit in the rain.

Not much, since I haven't been paid this week for some reason. I know the band are coming round tomorrow for a practice, then we're all off for a curry and a load of beer later, but I'll have to find something free to do on Sunday. Hey, I could go out on my bike!

Drying out - been cycling in the peak district - 100K yesterday in the pouring rain. Covered in mud head for home and guess what - blue sky and the sun comes out. Was good fun tho!

Stag do on Saturday - the stag's a Liverpool fan, so we're fixing him up with an Everton shirt.

Saturday i will be relaxing, washing the bikes(especially the fixed after todays ride) and listening to music(mum and dad gone away for the weekend in the caravan) so might go and see my brother paddling in his comp, or will just clean the bikes and lie around for the rest of the day
Sunday i will be club riding.
