After doing 3 @ 60 mile rides I feel confident to do a 100 miler.
To get a fairly flat route i need to stick to the coast and plan on Cardiff to Avonmouth and Back (Have done it one way allready)
Will stick to tarmac roads to keep the speed up.I averaged 12 mph with 2 friends last week on a 60 miler but some of that was on grass and gravel paths.
Im using the ride to raise money for Cancer Research,Have just set up a "Just Giving Site "online this allows people to donate direct to the charity and they get the tax back. You can also leave a message.

Basic plan is start about 7 am Stop for lunch at Avonmouth (The company I work for has an office plus canteen there) Then ride back . Will put additional lights on the bike incase it takes longer than anticipated.
Any advice appreciated.
Please consider a donation as cancer will affect most of us either directly or through family and friends. Cheers Graham aka Banjo
