I'd hazard a guess and say, you didn't have a riser with your turbo?

The angles look adjusted for a fairly upright cycle.

I did use a riser, I think its my dodgy photography, the hoods are level and they are about 75mm below the seat.

I bought one of these in 2008 and its a great bike, frame is comfortable.

Yes - it does look a bit odd in the photos, but a great buy for someone!
