Planet X free clothing returns Collect + ?

Got a mail from Planet X saying free returns for clothing purchases of over a fiver.

Says you have to go to each outlet and use the drop-down menu to confirm if that one takes planet X returns.

Tried a few and no mention on PlanetX at all in any of them.
Planet X or Collect+ just being a bit sloppy/slow off the mark?


(also appears to be free delivery for clothing orders of over£60)

Collect + is now just a referral company. They used to be an independent courier but now give a price for several other services.
Not sure about the Planet X deal, though.
