So yesterday, thousands of cyclists found out whether or not they will be joining the likes of Lizzie Armitstead, Sir Bradley Wiggins, Laura Trott and Mark Cavendish by taking on the 100 mile challenge on 31st July 2016.
Well done to all of those who got in.
