Pipe cleaners - I love 'em!

It struck me that pipe cleaners would be ideal for bike cleaning, particularly in the gaps between cogs. I bought a couple of packs off Ebay and cannot believe how satisfying (and successful) they are at getting all the crud out. Good times!

I reckon you can clean bikes much better with baby wipes, even between the cogs.

Outdated credit card wrapped in old T-Shirt material is the best way I've found of cleaning between cogs. Just wind the cranks past and it comes up pristine.

cotton buds are also good for fiddly bits

A cassette brush is what you need.

Make sure you get the worst of the muck off afterwards.

It also helps to smear a bit of her toothpaste on it when you've finished as well. That way, she'll not suspect a thing.

i use baby wipes and in between the cassette i use an old ball of string its like hesian so all the muck and oil residue sticks to it ..sorted

In using baby wipes don't you find that it soils the chamois pad of your shorts afterwards?

dont use it on the seat . only the frame then use carbon cleaner after shines like a b***h
