The best thing is watching home makeover shows - they pop the lids on the paint cans and everyone goes "oooh, they clash!" and to me, they are all the same shade of grey....

when we had one years ago, i still could watch the snooker, provided that the coloured balls didn't get moved off their spots when i was out of the room.

Anyway, films manged to be perfectly good in B/W, for a long time. You just imagine the clolours. Assuming you have an imagination of course. It's like the old 'pictures are better on the radio' saying. I can hear a radio drama and understand it perfectly well, and that's no pictures at all!
