Pics not uploading again

To be honest the same happens to me from time to time. Tapping on the the brackets to the right of top line of icons gets it working again.

I've run some updates, can you let me know if this is still happening for you, and if so, do you get any specific message?

Nothing happens if I use the image icon. If I try to attach a jpg, I get "The uploaded file was not an image as expected".
