Well, the physio thinks that the problem is my pectoral muscle being pinched by the shoulder at the front.
She says it's very tight and my right shoulder is drooping forward as it has shortened.
I have to apply heat twice a day to loosen it, then do some specific (gentle) exercises and back in two weeks.
Apparently we have to clear this up first before she can assess whether the shoulder joint may need injecting.
Good news is that, being as I'm all set up correctly for my bike, I can continue to cycle
