Physio recommendation in Lincolnshire

Can anyone please recommend me a good physio in the Lincolnshire area.

I have a severe case of ITB pain, but I don't think it's a simple case of bike fit, I think there could be underlying problems, so I'm looking for someone who can do scans/x-rays and help me get to the root of the problem. I live in the north of the county and would prefer someone not too far away, but would be prepared to travel for best treatment. I don't drive so I'd have to figure in the cost of public transport for appointments.
