Proporta have their BeachBuoy for between £15 and £25 depending on size - they do ones big enough for iPads. You can also get one with a foam insert and a bungee cord for strapping it to the handlebars, which works quite well, but isn't exactly quick-release. Bizarrely, I found it cheaper to buy mine from their US eBay shop - search for proporta-us. Still comes from their base in Brighton...

These Johnson Ziploc freezer bags are really good for phones, maps and all sorts of stuff. You can't even remove any air without un-zipping. Wonderful. They are pretty tough too.

Berties

Fast and careful!
Aquapac, had one for years wear it around my neck under my jersey tucks in the top of my bibs, holds credit card and money and keys, use it on the boat as well ,has been completely submersed ,bought a cheaper one at the boat show for my son but it's a bit fidley to use

Hi Andrew,
Can't remember if I offered you one last time or actually sent it! Anyway, I've got another if you need it. I used to have your address in a pm you sent me but I've deleted it. If you want it, it's yours. Just pm me your address again :-)
p.s. I'm not sure of the correct name either...both of them I got as freebies
