Phone auto-detect

The forum used to auto-detect my phone and give me the right skin. It doesn't any more. Any bright ideas? Yes, I have deleted cookies.

What type of phone, what OS, and when did it stop?

Also are you using Tapatalk as I may need to update the board files?

It's a Blackberry, unknown OS, and not tapatalk (whatever that is).
