Itching to get back on my bike's

Rescued this 48cm Peugeot Performance 5000 last weekend needs a bit of tlc as it hasnt been used for a few years , but ideal first bike for youngster or shorter adult . Reynolds 553 tubing Shimano Rsx sti's and shimano gs300 mechanisms14 speed .
48cm is measured from centre of crank to centre of seat pinch bolt and 52cm along top tube centre to centre and 78cm stand over , in picture seat post just about on max setting . 130mm rear spacing .
Rigida 700c shallow aero rims laced on to unknown hubs , rear needs a true for sure but rideable , tyres are useable but would recommend replacement before too long . Unbranded calipers that both seem to work although would recommend new cables and pads before using .
Itm alloy bars with black bar tape and 100 mm quill stem , 25.4mm seat post both are free to move and adjust ok .
Paint has a few marks but not found any dents or cracks yet .
I would suggest the following work is required , new fr mechanism gear cable , new brake cables and pads , headset inspection along with tyres and rear wheel needs trueing up and hubs could do with regreasing .
Please note rear sti unit wasnt working but with a new cable and loads of plusgas seems to be working just stiff so needs some freeing up .
Asking £65 for whole bike plus postage of £25.00 or can be collected from NN8 Postcode
Or would sell frameset incl headset and bottom bracket for £25 plus carriage
If not sold soon will be broken for spares
