I watched a dodgy sci-fi thriller the other night - Xchange. The plot was about people swapping bodies with other people (i.e. their bodies stayed where they were but the minds got to go away on business, on holiday, whatever). In one scene a businessman got a personal trainer's mind to take over his body and exercise it for him on a treadmill, while his mind got to chill out behind his desk in the trainer's body. I can think of quite a few people who would go for that option if it was available !rich p said:I've seen a few taking groups in our local park and it looks comical to me. I can only suppose that it's a motivational thing for people too lazy to do excercise themselves.

So what techniques are dangerous?
