Pendulum Pedal, I need to buy one in the UK

Hi,

I am trying to find a supplier of pendulum pedals/crank shorteners. I am having no luck finding a supplier online so does anyone know of any suppliers in the UK? I had a knee operation in the hospital and I cant manage to turn the cranks right round but I was told the a pendulum pedal would really help.

Your help would be much appreciated
