have foxit, but only evaluation version any body know any others

I have been sent an application form but cannot fill it in

Open Office / Star Office has a PDF import extension. Imports as 'Draw' file (ie as a page layout file, similar to Publisher). Can then be edited and saved either as an .odf or .pdf file

The writer bit is free, I use it and Broadgun pdf writer.

Try Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, it's free if you know where to look
