Hi All
Jus woke up early and first thing that came to mind was 'Pat Hanlon' bikes (I must be losing it!!).
Does anyone remember bikes being made by Pat Hanlon, used to be a shop literally on the A406 (North Circular).

Yep, I remember. The frames were not an uncommon sight in the London and surrounding areas.

I think the shop was still there in the late eighties/early nineties, and it was in or near Tottenham.

I remember going there as a lad..... I think it closed down in the mid 80's - I lived a few miles away but can't remember exactly where it was but it was right on the North Circ for sure. Possibly right by the railway bridge ( Bowes Road)

I lived just up the road from PH's shop. However, I rode a Dave Davey also from the Tottenham area. Those two marques were like Tottenham and Arsenal.

She was reputed to be an ace wheel builder. Hubby and son, Tony worked for the business, which moved to the Palmers Green area in the 1970s.

I have a Pat Hanlon road/track frame hanging up in my loft. Must get around to tarting it up with some kit and riding it.
