Hi all

have an Ultegra triple and was wondering, would love to upgrade to Dura ace but cannot afford the massive cost in one hit, can I buy bits at a time to convert ? or are there any problems like will a Dura ace cassette work with an ultegra chainset or changing the derailleurs etc ??? would be a bit mix and match at first but by next year would have it all done....

To be honest, you're not going to notice enough difference to bother with between Ultegra and Dura-Ace. You'll save a few grams, but there's no magical difference. I'd suggest, in a completely blind test, you'd be very hard pressed to tell them apart.
You might take a peek @ Sram Red if you're looking to go in another direction. Red as a groupset is light, works extremely well, and is prob the best bang-for-the-buck out there...

As an upgrade, Ultegra to Dura Ace is a waste of time and money. If you want to make your bike better wheels and tyres will make the biggest difference.
