Pannier repairs.

I have a pair of SJS type cordura panniers I use for shop trips etc. I've worn a hole in one corner, and a couple of seams are looking a bit iffy.

Anyone know of a really good strong waterproof tape? Or a really good glue and source of Cordura type fabric??

Use to be able to get really durable waterproof cloth tape, but I can't find any anywhere now.

would it be possible to glue a patch on the inside?
some people line panniers with carpet/lino to prevent stuff wearing through?

Plan is to patch inside and out if I can find suitable stuff. I have now made some "trays" for the bottoms inside, which should help from now on.

Cheers for the link, but they are expensive; I had some walking boots re-soled there and they did a good job, but minor repairs are costly. But the panniers were only a tenner a pair in the first place, I just don't want to get shot of them as I've modified the clips etc to suit me, and given that they have done 10 years already, I'd quite attached to them (bad clip modification I know....)
