Hi,
(Excuse a newbie who doesn't know the correct terms that would make explaining the problem clearer...)
Bike and accessories were stolen and replacements (new for old, result!) came from 2 different suppliers. Can't get the new rack to fit new bike (Trek hybrid) though. The bottom fits fine onto the screw holes by the wheel axle but the supports that should attach to the frame aren't long enough to reach, unless the whole rack is tilted at an angle - and that puts the edge under the seat. Only posting this in case I'm making some kind of stupid mistke that people can point out before I ring the insurers. (Afraid I can't remember rack name.)
Cheers

if you go to your bike shop you can buy longer bits for the rack

Mine came with two sets of tabs - short and long - double check the packaging incase already included.
