Yes. This year I got to France for the start. But my bike did not get past Schipol airport.
For next year I have been offered a free entry position. It will probably start in the UK somewhere. I have a new Ridley Adventure bike on order. This will be delivered to Mally, the race organiser. He will take it to the start and I will have a couple of days to get it ready.

Yes I am, providing my bike arrives on the Isle of Man.
I set off by doing a circuit of the Isle of Man on the evening of the 6th July. On the Sunday morning we take the ferry to Heysham and head North through the Lake district and up into Scotland. A circuit of Mull and Skye and then across to Inverness to the finish. It will be a very slow bikepacking ride for me.
I will post tracking details later on. But this is the route I will be following.
