My wife is doing this, 45 miler.
Palace to Palace is The Prince's Trust largest mass participation fundraising event. The event sees cyclists making their way from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle, raising funds to help change young lives. Supported by Saudi Aramco.

The important thing to note here is that my wife has not done enough training!
We will be doing 20 with her on Sunday, then take it to 30 the next, that should set her up nicely.
She does rides once or twice a week, just short distances, so all is not lost, but her training has not gone to plan due to illness.
