The paint on the down tube and around the crank, back fork on the left hand side is surface cracking that look like scratches this first started when the bike was 17 month old the dealer polished them out. It has reoccurred 6 months later the company have examined the bike and say I have caused them while riding. I use cleats. I don't think its possible and I have seen any other bikes with this "damage". Has anyone any experience of this? I am gathering evidence to take to the dealer. As many comments as possible would be really helpful.please.
